We act as an intermediary between clients and independent developers.
2. No Employment Relationship
Developers associated with Nova Stack IT are not employees.
We do not provide employment benefits or long-term job guarantees.
3. Project Execution
- Projects are assigned based on skill and availability
- Timelines depend on project scope and cooperation from all parties
- Any change in scope may affect cost and delivery time
4. Payments
- Payments must be made as agreed before or during project execution
- Nova Stack IT retains a coordination/service fee
- Platform fees or third-party charges are non-refundable
5. Intellectual Property
Ownership of final deliverables is transferred only after full payment.
6. Limitation of Liability
Nova Stack IT is not liable for:
- Developer performance issues beyond coordination
- Platform account suspension or payment delays
- Indirect or consequential losses
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Andhra Pradesh.
